*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. *Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients‘ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients‘ mobility, strength, and overall function.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy systems.
* Experience in home community care or home health settings is preferred.
* Familiarity with developing care plans for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and inpatient cases.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
